I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were immaculate with stunning views of the Burj and Fountain, but they need some maintenance. It's just a 5-minute walk to Dubai Mall, which is super convenient. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff, especially Madhav and Bimala from housekeeping. The location is fantastic for families, only 3 minutes away from Dubai Mall. The dining experience was good, and there are child-friendly features like the play club and outdoor play area. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.

Mohammed provided exceptional assistance during my stay, ensuring a pleasant experience. The overall cleanliness and spaciousness were key highlights. However, the lack of cooperation from some staff members was a downside.
